Gamuda said in a statement on Tuesday (Feb 22) to Bursa Malaysia that GBSG and Wai Fong Construction have formed an unincorporated JV on a 60:40 basis respectively, under which GBSG  is the lead member for the design and construction of the planned Defu station and tunnels along Tampines Road.

Titled as “Key to Happiness”, this five minute short film portrays the relationship between a mother and daughter as they cope with the passing of their husband and father figure.

“twentyfive.7 is the new heartbeat in Kota Kemuning and today (Friday) marks an achievement for us as we witness the topping-out ceremony of The Amber Residences. The contract is for the construction of 203 units of terrace houses for phase 1C-1 of Gamuda’s township in southern Klang Valley, Gamuda Cove, Inta Bina said in a bourse filing.

“Under MRT Corp’s new strategy, MRT 3 will not adopt the single turnkey contractor structure as seen in MRT 2, and will likely divide the civil works scope into three to five main packages — each led by tier 1 contractors/consortiums that will undertake private financing for the first two years, prior to reverting to full government funding likely in 2024,” said CGS-CIMB analyst Sharizan Roseli

Following the good market response, the company will be unveiling 251 units of garden terrace homes with built-up sizes ranging from 2,293 sq ft to 3,002 sq ft, to cater to larger multigenerational families.
